Been hitting the 14-16 distances ok and adding in a little bit of hills. During the week I am doing 4-5 days of 5 miles in the middle to high 8 min pace, with a 2 mile walk later that evening. Coaching soccer for a few hours a couple times per week as well. The lunch runs are in 80-90 degree weather with some humidity right now. 30 days out.
Exhausted today.
