No more time to delay. Distance has to climb. 8 miles in the morning, nice cruise with Chad. 2 miles (approx) playing soccer. And then the mandatory 1 mile or more evening walk. Since I know I will be walking a ton, I am following the advice of more experienced distance runners.... and training my legs and mind to walk too.
A 16 min pace for 24 hours is 90 miles!
A 17 min pace for 24 hours is 85 miles!
A 18 min pace for 24 hours is 80 miles!
Really hoping to get to 80+
